When Hospitality Meets Purpose
When 3N1 Trinity invited Gnivol Events and NACE DFW to collaborate on creating A Day of Elegance for the young ladies in their STEM Program, our response was immediate: absolutely!
Community lies at the core of our work. We know the most memorable events are those that make people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
Together with a few dedicated DFW NACE members, we transformed a simple room into an elegant afternoon tea experience. Every young lady was reminded she is worthy of beauty, kindness, confidence, and grace.
Our goal was not just to host an event. It was to create a lasting experience that would stay with them long after the teacups were put away.
Community Partners Creating Lasting Impact
This special day came to life thanks to generous community partners who believe in investing in the next generation.
Our DFW NACE members donated beautiful tea spoons and journals for every participant. These keepsakes serve as reminders of the lessons learned and the value each girl holds.
Seeing volunteers, event professionals, and community leaders unite for one purpose is what hospitality truly means.
Hospitality is not just about serving guests. It is about serving people.
Setting the Stage for Grace and Elegance
The smallest touches often leave the biggest impression.
Each place setting included:
An elegant teacup
A journal reminding every young lady of her worth
A special "Tea Time with Jesus" keepsake
A commemorative tea spoon donated by DFW NACE
These thoughtful details turned an ordinary seat into a place of honor.

The heart of the afternoon was our T.E.A. initiative: Teaching, Empowering, Applauding Our Youth.
We explored etiquette not as a list of rules but as a life skill that builds confidence and character.
The girls learned:
Proper table setting
Dining etiquette
Tea etiquette and traditions
How to host with confidence
The importance of kindness and respect
What it truly means to lead with grace
One of the most meaningful messages was:
Etiquette is not just about which fork to use. It is about presenting yourself with confidence, honoring those around you, and stepping into every room knowing your worth.
Watching the girls engage, ask questions, and encourage one another reminded us that confidence can be taught. Every young lady deserves someone willing to invest in her future.
Putting Confidence into Practice
After the lessons, the girls put their new skills into practice.
The room filled with laughter, conversation, and proud smiles as each participant demonstrated proper tea etiquette while enjoying fellowship.
They carefully held their teacups, engaged in meaningful conversations, and encouraged one another.
The focus was not on perfection but on confidence.
More Than a Tea Party
Looking around the room, my heart was full.
Seeing the joy on the faces of these young ladies reminded me why I love what I do.
Hospitality has the power to change how people see themselves. It creates belonging. It builds confidence. It reminds people they matter.
I am deeply grateful to 3N1 Trinity for trusting Gnivol Events and the DFW NACE Community Service members to be part of such an impactful day.
Together, we did not just host a tea party. We planted seeds of confidence, grace, leadership, and purpose that will grow for years to come.
